13. Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any Dispute informally for a period of sixty (60) days.

13.2 Mandatory Arbitration

If a Dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
